Whether this is your first yoga class or the first time at this studio, welcome!


Helpful Info

• The doors open 1/2 hour before class, if you are new please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to sign in, meet the teacher, change and get settled.

• Arrive adequately hydrated, sip water throughout the day, avoid downing a quart right before class.

• There are 2 changing rooms: men & women. Boots & shoes stay outside in the hall.

• Avoid big meals within three hours of class.

• Bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle, or rent/buy one from us.

• Wear light comfortable clothing that allows you to move without restriction. You will soon find what works best for you.

• Bring a friend. It can be fun and helpful to have a yoga buddy! The hardest part of your practice is arriving at the studio.

• The studio does not have a shower.


How often should I practice?

• Practice is the work at hand. In yoga tradition daily practice is recommended. A regular practice of three times a week is desirable. Even 15-20 minutes is beneficial.
